Sometimes, the first start of the Userbrain Chrome Extension is causing troubles on some configurations.
When this happens, the extension is stuck on the "Initializing screen recorder" message and it doesn't disappear:
When this happens to you, please try the following things to try to resolve this problem:
- Quit and deinstall your Google Chrome Browser
- Free up enough space on your PC (at least 5GB of free space)
- Reinstall the latest version of Google Chrome
- Reinstall the latest version of the Userbrain Chrome Extension
- Click on the icon of the extension and try to login again with your Userbrain credentials.
